Do you ask customers to review on Yelp?

No. Yelp doesn’t allow businesses to ask for reviews, so we never send Yelp links in requests. You can add your Yelp page, and we link you there to reply.

Can customers review us on Trustpilot?

Yes, if you want. Add your own Trustpilot page and turn it on: the page your request email opens then shows a Trustpilot button next to Google’s, the same for every customer. Trustpilot labels reviews from this button “unprompted”, not verified. Reviewers need a Trustpilot account, and your business must follow Trustpilot’s guidelines for businesses.
