CLIENTS MENTIONColor issues · rebook requests · product questions
More Google reviews, with credit for every stylist, barber and tech clients name. Unhappy clients heard the same day. And “can I see Sofia again in five weeks?” turned into a booked appointment.
The next appointment is decided in the weeks between visits. That’s exactly when nobody is talking to the client.
She told Sofia she loved it, took a mirror selfie and left. Google never heard about it.
Brassy after two washes. She doesn’t call, and you never find out.
Week seven, she books a cheaper place because it had an opening on Saturday.
Clients follow people, not salons. If reviews never name your team, you can’t show who’s great.
After every checkout, TripleReviews messages the client in your salon’s name, then puts what they write back in front of your team. Pick a service. Email today, texts coming soon
A review link went out. The rebook request sits unread until she books somewhere with a Saturday opening.
If Jay posts a review, great. The standing appointment never gets set up.
Nobody reads it. Priya waits, and two more nails lift.
The bridal referral never gets followed up.
The membership question waits in an inbox until she forgets she asked.
Nobody answers. She worries, and doesn’t come back.
Example replies. TripleReviews never books, prices or discounts on its own: your front desk does. Sorting replies by topic and drafting replies are coming soon: today every reply reaches the person you name, with a deadline, and requests to book again or for a price are flagged. The request itself is the same short email from your salon for every client.
See What Your Clients Are SayingEvery review and reply that names a stylist, barber or tech is credited to them, with the words clients use most. A live wall for your front desk screen and team meetings. Team wall coming soon
New clients search Google first. Regulars review where they book. TripleReviews puts the same Google link in front of every client. One feed for every site is coming soon. More sites coming soon
Where new clients compare salons and barbers near them. Rating, count, recency and replies decide the map.
TripleReviews: Asks every client, drafts replies Coming soon, tracks the top 3 salons near you
Long, detailed stories about salons, especially for color and big appointments.
TripleReviews: Your Yelp page linked in your dashboard. Yelp discourages asking, so we never send Yelp links
Marketplace reviews clients see while booking. Great for regulars, invisible on Google.
TripleReviews: Brought into the same feed and the Monday report Coming soon
Recommendations seen by your clients’ friends, where most referrals start.
TripleReviews: Optional link in requests; recommendations tracked with the rest Coming soon
Your booking app collects ratings inside the app. Birdeye sends requests to many review sites. Here’s who does what, all four at once. Tap a row for what it means.
Set your team and your numbers. Every filled slot in the book is a rebook that came from a client’s reply.
About 15 minutes. Nothing new for your team to learn, nothing extra at the front desk.
Square Appointments connects directly; Vagaro, Boulevard, GlossGenius and others send checkouts as a spreadsheet (CSV), or by Zapier where your app supports it. Every checkout is picked up with the client and the date.
Connect your Google Business Profile once Coming soon. Until then, your rating and newest reviews show live from Google Maps. Booking-app and Facebook reviews join the same feed Coming soon.
Every client gets the same short message with your salon’s name. Check it once, and you’re live. Nothing goes out between 8 PM and 8 AM.
No per-user fees: add every stylist, barber, tech and booth renter to your team list. One location is one Google listing.
Rules that work with or without software, from timing the ask to reading the replies. TripleReviews handles the asking and the reading after every checkout.
Late enough that they’ve seen it in their own mirror, early enough that the compliments are still coming. For lashes, nails and waxing, the next day is better.
Clients should see who’s asking in the first line: your salon, the name on their receipt, not a no-reply robot. TripleReviews sends every request in your salon’s name, the same for every client, and when a client names the stylist in their reply, Team Shout-Outs credit them.
Google doesn’t allow asking only clients you expect to be happy. Send everyone the same request with the same link. A 4.8 from every client is more believable than a 5.0 from a handful of regulars.
No free add-ons, no discounts on the next visit, no raffle entries for reviews. Google prohibits incentives, and the FTC’s rule bans incentives tied to what a review says. Thank clients for their visit instead.
“Can I see Sofia again in five weeks?” is a booking. “It’s turning brassy” is a fix-it appointment. Somebody at the front desk should see every reply before the end of the day.
Thank the client, mention the stylist and the service. For a bad review, be kind and brief, never argue about the result in public, and invite them back to make it right.
Share the reviews that name each stylist on Instagram and in team meetings. It motivates the team, and it helps new clients pick the right person.
Most clients decide where to go next in the weeks before their next service is due. A reply that asks to rebook should be answered in hours, not days.
Straight answers to what owners, managers and stylists ask us most. Email us if yours isn’t here.
TripleReviews is review request and feedback software built for hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, lash and brow studios, day spas and other beauty businesses. After every checkout, it emails the client in your salon’s name (texts are coming soon), asks how it went, and puts your Google review link one tap away. Then it reads what the client writes back. Praise that names a stylist, barber or tech is credited to them. A concern, like color turning brassy, goes to your manager with a deadline. And when a client asks to rebook, it goes straight to your front desk so they can lock in the next appointment.
You set the delay for each booking-app connection, from 1 hour to 14 days. For hair and barbering, a few hours after checkout works well, once they’ve seen it in their own mirror; for nails, lashes and waxing, the next day, once the result has settled; for bridal and event makeup, after the event. Nothing goes out at night, and each client is asked at most once a year, plus one reminder, so a client who comes in every two weeks isn’t asked every visit.
Today, a short email from your salon: “Hi Emma, thank you for choosing Bloom. We hope everything went well. Would you share how it went?” It includes your Google review link, a link to send you a private note and how to opt out. Clients can tap the link and post, or send a private note in their own words. Texts from your salon’s number are coming soon; until then, every request goes by email. No app to download, and the private note needs no login.
Yes. When an appointment is checked out, TripleReviews picks up the client and the date. Square Appointments connects directly. Vagaro, Boulevard, GlossGenius, Booksy, Fresha, Squire, Mangomint, Phorest and other systems connect through a spreadsheet (CSV) export, or through Zapier or a webhook where your system supports them, so it works with whatever your salon books on today.
Booking apps are great at collecting ratings inside the app, and those reviews help clients who book there. But new clients search Google first, and in-app reviews usually don’t show up there. TripleReviews sends every client to Google, reads what they write back, puts concerns and rebook requests in front of the right person, and credits the stylists clients name. You can keep your booking app’s reviews running alongside it.
Yes, and it’s getting easier: coming soon, TripleReviews turns the Google reviews you choose into story and feed posts in your salon’s colors, quoting the client word for word and tagging the stylist who earned it. You download them in one tap and post them yourself; nothing is published on its own, and only reviews you approve are used. It’s the easiest way to keep your stories full of real proof, and to help each stylist build their own book.
About 15 minutes of your time: connect your booking app, add your Google listing, and check the message your clients will see. Founding Partners get setup done with them on a call. Texts are coming soon; when they launch, US carrier registration takes 5 to 10 business days, and until then requests go out by email.
Every reply reaches the person you name, usually your front desk, in the client’s own words, like “can I see Sofia again in five weeks?” or “do you have Saturdays for a fill?”, and requests to book again are flagged. Your team replies and books it in your booking app. Clients who ask are the easiest bookings you’ll ever make; the trick is answering within hours, not days.
No. TripleReviews never books, reschedules, prices or discounts on its own. Those conversations belong with your front desk and your stylists, in your booking app. TripleReviews makes sure the right person knows, fast, with everything they need.
Replies like “it’s turning brassy” or “the left side is shorter” open a follow-up for the person you name, usually your manager, with a deadline: the same day for a low rating. Most salons offer a quick fix appointment. The client still has the same review link; the goal is that they hear from a person, fast.
Team Shout-Outs count the reviews and replies that name each stylist, barber or tech, and owners see the whole team. Logins for each stylist are coming soon. Many salons share these in team meetings and on Instagram.
Yes. Booth renters are credited when clients name them, like anyone else on the team, so their work builds both their reputation and the salon’s Google profile. If a renter books through a separate system, they can connect it to the same location. Nothing extra is charged per renter.
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. What’s not allowed is paying or rewarding people for reviews, asking only the clients you expect to be happy, or having staff, friends and family review the salon. TripleReviews sends the same request to every client and never offers anything in exchange.
No. Google’s policies don’t allow incentives for reviews, and the FTC’s rule on consumer reviews bans incentives tied to what a review says. Free add-ons, discounts, giveaways and raffle entries for reviews can get reviews removed and put your listing at risk. Run promotions separately, never in a review request.
Yelp’s guidelines discourage businesses from asking customers for reviews, and its recommendation software may filter reviews it considers solicited. So TripleReviews never sends clients to Yelp; you can add your Yelp page to your dashboard. Google links are fine to include, and Facebook links are coming soon on Growth.
No. Google treats reviews from employees, their friends and family, and anyone with a personal stake as a conflict of interest, and these reviews are often filtered or removed. They can also make real reviews look less trustworthy. Ask the clients you actually served, every one of them.
Reply within a day, kindly and briefly. Thank the client, acknowledge that the result wasn’t what they hoped for, and invite them back or to call the manager by name. Don’t argue about the result, the client’s hair history or what they agreed to in the consultation, in public. AI reply drafts that follow these rules are coming soon; a manager approves them before anything is posted.
Yes. Google says local results are based on relevance, distance and prominence, and that review count and rating factor into prominence. Salons and barbershops that show up in the map for searches like “hair salon near me”, “balayage” or “fade near me” tend to have more reviews, more recent ones, and replies to them. A steady flow of new reviews after every checkout is one of the few ranking factors you control directly.
There’s no magic number. What matters is how you compare with the top three salons near you, and how recent your reviews are. Forty reviews from this year can beat two hundred from five years ago. Our free review check shows your rating, review count and recency against the top three around you, in under a minute.
Yes. A review that says “Sofia nailed my blonde balayage” tells the next client exactly what you’re great at and who to book, and gives Google and AI assistants more to understand about your salon. Asking how it went, not for a rating, invites more specific reviews than “rate us 5 stars”.
TripleReviews for beauty covers non-medical services: hair, barbering, nails, lashes, brows, waxing, massage and makeup. Medical aesthetics like injectables and laser treatments involve health information that needs stricter handling, so we don’t offer them on this plan. If your spa offers both, we can set it up for the non-medical side.
TripleReviews Core is $249 and Growth is $399 per location per month, with no per-user fees. Core covers review requests, reading replies, concerns, rebook requests and the Monday report. Growth adds a testimonials page, video testimonials and competitor tracking; Vagaro, Booksy and Facebook in one feed and AI replies on every platform are coming soon. Setup is $500 per location, one time, included with annual billing. Founding Partners get Growth for $129 per location for 12 months, then $249. Plans renew until you cancel.
Per location. One location is one Google Business Profile. Add every stylist, barber, tech, renter and front-desk person at no extra cost. A brand with three salons pays for three.
Our Terms, and month to month: monthly plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by email. Annual plans are 12 months for the price of 10: $2,490 for Core and $3,990 for Growth per location. Founding Partners pay $129 for 12 months, then $249. Ask us for a copy of your clients, notes and follow-ups whenever you want.
You do. Client details come from your booking app and are used only to send your requests and show you the results. We don’t sell client data or share it with other salons, product brands or anyone else, and stylists can’t export the salon’s client list. Ask us for a copy, or to delete it, whenever you want.
Your Google rating, review count and recency side by side with the top three salons or barbershops around you, plus whether AI names you. Free, in under a minute.
Your best reviews, ready for Instagram.
Your clients already scroll your stories before they book. TripleReviews turns your best Google reviews into story-ready posts in your salon’s colors, credited to the stylist who earned them. You choose which to share; nothing posts on its own.
