TEXTS · COMING SOON 1,000 on Core · 2,500 on Growth Per location, per month, counting texts sent and received. After that, $0.04 per text. You see usage live, and we warn you at 80%.

SETUP $500 per location, one time Everything it takes to go live: we import your customers or connect your job software, set your sender name and reply address with you, and call you at day 30 to fine-tune it. Text registration is coming soon. Included with annual billing and for Founding Partners. Live in 5 to 10 business days.

LOCATIONS Priced per location A location is one Google Business Profile (one listing on Google Maps). 15% off from the third one. Google Business Profile itself is free from Google; your subscription pays only for TripleReviews.

CONTRACT Renews until you cancel Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year until you cancel. To cancel, email us from your account’s email address; that stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods aren’t refunded. Annual plans are 12 months for the price of 10, billed once a year, and we email you at least 30 days before one renews. Billing and cancellation.

PRICES In US dollars Per location, per month unless it says otherwise. Any sales tax that applies is shown on your invoice before you pay. We tell you at least 30 days before a price changes.

Pricing questions.

Is there a free trial?

Not a trial, but the free review check shows exactly where you stand. Founding Partners also get setup done with them and a weekly check-in in month one.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down at any time. Changes apply from your next billing date.

Does my agency get a better price?

Yes. Agencies get wholesale pricing from five locations and can bill clients themselves.

Can you run it for us?

Yes. Managed by Point Higher is an add-on for any plan at $299 per location per month. We reply to reviews, handle follow-up messages and check sales opportunities. Sending them to your CRM is coming soon. Calls to your customers stay with you. Google Business Profile itself is free from Google; the add-on pays only for our team's work.

What happens if I cancel?

Nothing renews after you cancel, and your account stays active until the end of the paid period. Before it ends, ask us for a copy of your customers, notes and follow-ups, and download your videos. Billing and cancellation.
