Four steps. You do the first one once. TripleReviews runs the other three after every job, visit or order.
Fifteen minutes of your time.
Find your Google listing, connect your job software or upload your customers, check the message your customers will see, and send yourself a test. Texts are coming soon.
Every customer, the same way, at the right time.
When a job closes, the review request waits a couple of hours, skips quiet hours and goes out by email (texts are coming soon). Every customer gets the review link in the first message.
They answer in their own words.
Customers leave a rating and a private note in their own words. Everything is saved for your team: the problem, the praise, and any request for more work. AI follow-up questions are coming soon; the conversation here shows how they will work.
Problems go to a person. New work goes to sales.
Each problem becomes a follow-up with a person and a deadline. AI review replies (coming soon) wait for your approval. Requests for more work are flagged after a quick check, in the customer’s own words. Sending them to your sales software (CRM) is coming soon.
When AI questions and drafts arrive, they will speak for your business, so they follow rules you don't have to set up.
Read our approachThey get one reminder a day or two later, then we stop. The review link was already in the first message.
Partly. You set the sender name, the reply-to address and the reminder (1 or 2 days later, or none). The delay after a job is set for each connection, from 1 hour to 14 days. Quiet hours (8 PM to 8 AM) and the invitation wording are the same for every business, so every customer gets the same honest request.
You name who owns follow-ups: an office manager, a location lead, or you. You get an email when a customer sends a private note. Texts are coming soon.
Yes. Anything that closes during quiet hours waits until morning.
