Straight answers about setup, pricing, the AI, and what we will and won’t do with your reviews. Still stuck? Write to us and a person replies within one business day.
After every finished job, it emails the customer (texts are coming soon), asks how it went and puts your review link in the first message. It reads the answer, gives each problem to a person on your team, and flags requests for more work. Sending them to your sales software (CRM) is coming soon.
No. TripleReviews is a review request and feedback tool that businesses use with their own customers. We don’t publish reviews or ratings of businesses, and there is no business directory and no reviewer accounts. Customers who want to post a public review do it on Google or another review site, under that site’s rules. The one public page we host for a business is its testimonials page, which shows only the testimonials that business chose, and says so. About us.
Your part takes about 15 minutes: find your Google listing and upload your customers, approve the message and send yourself a test. Texts are coming soon. When they launch, US phone companies must approve every business that sends texts, which takes 5 to 10 business days. We handle that registration for you. You will need a text-message consent line on your booking form or estimate, and SMS terms and a privacy policy on your website: we give you the wording.
Everything it takes to go live. We import your customers and your do-not-contact list, connect your job software, set your sender name and reply address with you, set up review links and your team, run a test, and check in at day 30 to tune it. Text registration is coming soon. Setup is included with annual billing and for Founding Partners.
Housecall Pro, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Pipedrive and Square connect directly, and only customers whose job or deal is done get asked. Zapier, Make or your own software can send finished jobs to a private web address we give you, and any system can export a spreadsheet (CSV) to upload. Jobber, QuickBooks and ServiceTitan are coming soon. See all integrations.
No. It’s a normal email (texts are coming soon), and any page they open works in their phone’s browser.
There’s no trial, but the free review check shows where you stand against three nearby competitors on Google Maps. Founding Partners also get setup done with them and a weekly check-in in the first month.
Only from Google’s official APIs. Google Maps data, such as a business’s rating, reviews, Google’s review summary and nearby competitors, comes live from Google Maps Platform (the Places API) and is shown with Google Maps attribution. Since October 6, 2026 we don’t keep it; Google data our earlier providers collected before then is still stored while we delete it. Once you connect your Google Business Profile, your own reviews and replies come through the Google Business Profile API. That connection is waiting for Google’s approval, so it isn’t available yet. We don’t scrape Google.
No. Every customer who gets a request gets the same review link in the first message, whatever they tell you privately.
Yes. You choose who goes on the list you upload, for example leaving out commercial accounts or work you did for another contractor, and with a connected job system we set with you which jobs count as done. Rules use only facts about the job, never how the customer feels, and they decide who gets a request at all, never who gets the review link.
One review request and at most one follow-up: a reminder a day or two later if they don’t click anything, or a thank-you that asks for a short video after they press a review button. Never more than one review request a year. If you also ask someone for a video yourself, that is one more email plus one reminder, at most once a year, and it never asks for a public review. Nothing goes out between 8 PM and 8 AM where the business is.
Google on every plan, and Facebook on Growth (coming soon). Trustpilot: add your own Trustpilot page and, if you want, the page your request email opens shows a Trustpilot button next to Google’s, the same for every customer. Trustpilot labels reviews from this button “unprompted”, not verified, reviewers need a Trustpilot account, and your business must follow Trustpilot’s guidelines for businesses. Your TrustScore and newest Trustpilot reviews in your dashboard are coming soon. Never Yelp, because Yelp doesn’t allow businesses to ask for reviews. How the Trustpilot button works. Trustpilot is a trademark of Trustpilot A/S. TripleReviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Trustpilot.
Google and Thumbtack today. For Facebook, Yelp, Angi and other sites, you add a link to each page and it sits next to Google in your dashboard. Full reviews from Facebook, Tripadvisor and more sites are coming soon.
Their private note goes straight to your team as a follow-up with a deadline, and a person calls them back. The customer keeps the same review link as everyone else, and it works whatever they told you. We never send a second request because a problem was solved.
Of course, anyone can. We just never ask. Yelp doesn’t allow businesses to ask for reviews, so Yelp links never go into requests.
No. No gifts, discounts or rewards tied to a public review, ever.
No. It shows video and written testimonials from customers who agreed to share them. You choose which appear, and the page says so. Reviews on Google and other review sites are never touched.
Yes. You approve each one before it appears, and only customers who ticked the box to share it can appear at all. That is why the page says the business chose them.
Today, nothing that reaches your customers: every customer gets the same invitation email, and a person on your team handles every private note. AI follow-up questions and reply drafts are coming soon. When they arrive, they will never promise refunds or make offers, never argue, and will hand anything serious to a person.
Not yet, auto-replies are coming soon. Even then, only if you turn them on, and only for new 4 and 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook. Replies to 1 to 3 star reviews always need a person.
When a customer asks for a quote or more work in their private note, we flag it with their exact words. We look for phrases like “quote”, “estimate” or “also need”. Your team checks it in the dashboard. Sending it to HubSpot or GoHighLevel as a deal, or as a text to the person you pick, is coming soon.
Every plan, Core and Growth.
Only deals your CRM marks as won. Nothing flagged counts until then.
Core is $249 per location per month. Growth is $399. Founding Partners get Growth for $129 for 12 months, then $249 for as long as they stay. Setup is $500 per location, one time, included with annual billing and for Founding Partners. Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10. Plans renew until you cancel. Billing and cancellation.
Texts are coming soon. Once they launch, 1,000 per location per month on Core and 2,500 on Growth, counting texts sent and received. After that, $0.04 per text. You see usage live, and we warn you at 80%.
One Google Business Profile. From the third location, each one is 15% off.
Yes, a simple one: our Terms. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year until you cancel. To cancel, email us from your account’s email address; that stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods aren’t refunded. Annual plans are 12 months for the price of 10, billed once a year, and we remind you by email at least 30 days before one renews. Billing and cancellation.
Yes. Managed by Point Higher is an add-on for any plan at $299 per location per month. We reply to reviews, handle follow-up messages and check sales opportunities. Sending them to your CRM is coming soon. Calls to your customers stay with you. Google Business Profile itself is free from Google; the add-on pays only for our team's work.
Yes. Resell at 25% off from 5 locations and 35% off from 20, or refer clients and get 20% of what they pay for their first 12 months. For agencies.
You do. Email us and we send you a copy of your customers, private notes and follow-ups, and you can download each video yourself. If you leave, your history leaves with you.
No. We don’t sell personal information or use your customers’ details for advertising.
Not yet. Dental, medical, physical therapy and chiropractic practices need a setup built for HIPAA, the US health privacy law, and we won’t take them on until our Healthcare edition is ready. Join the waitlist.
