What we make, what we don’t, who runs it and how to reach a person.
Review request and feedback software.
TripleReviews is software that local businesses use with their own customers. After a finished job, visit or order, it emails each customer the same short request in the business’s name, with a link to leave a review on Google (and on Trustpilot, if the business turns that on), a way to send the business a private note, and a way to record a short video testimonial.
Every private note reaches a person on the business’s team as a follow-up with a deadline, and requests for more work are flagged. Texts, AI features and some connections are coming soon, and each one says so wherever we describe it.
Not a review site.
TripleReviews doesn’t publish reviews or ratings of businesses. There is no business directory, no reviewer accounts and no star rating of any business on triplereviews.com. Customers who want to post a public review do it on Google or another review site, under that site’s rules, and we never write, edit, filter or remove what they post there.
The one public page we host for a business is its testimonials page (triplereviews.com/t/…), which the business turns on itself. It shows video and written testimonials from customers who agreed to share them, chosen by the business, and the page says so. It isn’t open for anyone to post on, and it shows no ratings.
Our free review check shows a business its own Google rating next to nearby businesses, live from Google Maps and with Google’s attribution. We don’t keep that data, and we don’t rate anyone ourselves.
Resonate Agency LLC, doing business as Point Higher.
TripleReviews is built and operated by Resonate Agency LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Point Higher (pointhigher.com), a digital marketing agency for small and mid-size businesses. TripleReviews launched in September 2026.
Miami, Florida.
We’re based in Miami, Florida, and we work remotely. Every request gets a written answer from a person, so nothing gets lost between calls.
A person, within one business day.
Email info@triplereviews.com. A person replies within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time. Sales, support, agencies, privacy and legal requests are all on the contact page.
Written down, answered, resolved.
Email info@triplereviews.com with “Complaint” in the subject. A person replies within 1 business day, and we aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If it isn’t resolved by then, the owner of Resonate Agency LLC reviews it personally. We keep a record of every complaint and what we did about it. The details are in section 19 of our Terms.
The same request for everyone.
Every customer gets the same request with the same review buttons, whatever they tell the business privately. There is no rating question first, nothing is offered for a review, wording that offers a reward can’t be saved, and we never ask for reviews on Yelp. Each customer gets at most one request a year, plus one reminder, and nothing goes out at night. Read our approach and our acceptable use policy.
Published prices, written terms.
Prices are published on our pricing page. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by email; the full terms are on our billing and cancellation page. We don’t sell personal information. See our privacy policy and how we protect your data.
