Your team and
your locations.

Who can log in, what each role can do, and how several locations share one account.

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 16, 2026
IN PLAIN ENGLISH
01Everyone logs in with their own email.
02The owner picks each person’s role and locations.
03Only the owner sees billing and adds locations.
04Every location shares one plan, billed per location.
01

What a location is.

One Google listing, with its own work.

A location is one Google Business Profile, one place on Google Maps. Each location in TripleReviews has its own reviews, customers, review requests, follow-ups, surveys, Google profile and local SEO.

All your locations live in one account, with one owner and one plan. Open the menu and use the arrows next to the business name to switch between them.

02

Roles.

Four roles, from everything to looking only.

  • Owner. Everything, including billing, adding and removing locations, members, handing over the account and closing it. One per account.
  • Admin. Everything in their locations except billing, adding or removing locations and the ownership. Can invite and remove people.
  • Manager. The daily work in their locations: reviews and replies, review requests, customers, follow-ups, surveys and the Google profile. No billing, integrations, members or settings.
  • Viewer. Sees their locations and changes nothing.

Each person can have all locations, including ones you add later, or only the ones you pick. Our support team opens your account only to help you, as our privacy policy describes.

03

Inviting someone.

By email, with a link that works once.

In Settings, Members, type their email, pick a role and the locations they can open, and send the invitation. The link works for 7 days and only once. They sign in, or create their login, with the email address you invited. Nobody else can use the link.

You can send it again (the old link stops working), change someone’s role or locations, or remove them. A change applies from their next click.

People who do the work but don’t log in, such as technicians and agents, stay in Settings, Technicians and agents. That list is only used to spot names in reviews and notes.

04

All locations.

The owner’s and admins’ view across the account.

With two or more locations, the menu shows All locations: rating, new reviews, review requests, reply rate, open follow-ups, survey answers and local rank for each location, and all of them together. Open a location from there to work on it.

Ratings, new reviews and reply rates come from Google Business Profile, so they show for the locations where it is connected.

05

Adding and removing a location.

Shares your plan, billed per location.

The owner adds a location from the location menu or All locations. You see the price first. Then you pick the location on Google, as at sign-up. If you pay by card in your account, the rest of the current billing period is charged at once, with the $500 one-time setup on a monthly Core or Growth plan. From the third location, our team applies 15% off.

Removing a location stops its sending at once. It comes off your next invoice, nothing already paid is refunded, and its data is kept for 60 days, then deleted. The full rules are in Billing and cancellation.

06

Weekly emails.

Each person gets what fits their role.

With one location, the owner gets that location’s weekly report. With more, each manager gets a report for each of their locations, and the owner and admins get one email with every location. Anyone can turn their own off in Settings, Members.

07

Ownership.

One owner, handed over on purpose.

The owner can make any member who accepted their invitation the new owner, in Settings, Members. The old owner stays on as an admin. Billing doesn’t change, so the new owner updates the card and billing email in Manage billing.

The owner is responsible for who they let in. See our Terms and who sees what.
